| THE BEACHES The beaches at HuronCrest Estates are beautiful. The bluffs offer endless views of Lake Huron and long stretches of shoreline. The beach is primarily crushed water worn pebble with small stretches of all sand beach mixed in. The walkway that will be installed between lots 18 and 19 will give every HuronCrest Estate resident easy access to this wonderful shoreline. Take a look at the pictures, the views cant be beat. |
| Sanitary System The first sanitary Manhole was installed on Cullen Dr on April 14th. Every lot now has sanitary, storm and water services. We are running about 13 days ahead of schedule as of June 6th, 2008. |
| Soil Compaction Every trench that is dug and filled again must be compacted to 95%. One of the pieces of equipment used for this is a Sheepsfoot tractor. The front wheel is extremely heavy and also vibrates to compact the soil below. |
| HuronCrest Finished Roads The streets are all in at HuronCrest and there are homes going up on many of the lots. Go check it out for yourself. |
